New Patient Registration
A receptionist will ask you to fill in a form and will offer you a registration medical appointment with the practice nurse or doctor, if you wish one. You will be registered with the practice, but may consult any of the doctors. You are encouraged to keep to one doctor for a specific problem as this helps with continuity of care.
You will not become fully registered until you have called in at the Parctice to sign the Registration Form.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
